Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on this website, and to extend the same spirit to the hotel itself. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time audit.

• Semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate by headings and landmarks.
• Keyboard support for all interactive elements.
• Text contrast meets WCAG AA against background; brand gold is reserved for non-text accents and large display type.
• Motion is calmed automatically when your operating system has prefers-reduced-motion enabled.
• Imagery has descriptive alt text; decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms have visible labels and meaningful error messages.

• Embedded third-party widgets (the Cloudbeds booking engine, the embedded map (OpenStreetMap), video players) follow their providers' accessibility behaviour rather than ours.
• The runway / flight data pages are visually rich and may be noisier with a screen reader. A simplified text view is on our roadmap.

BethsAida is a multi-level building. The conference centre and the D'Nova coffee lounge are on the ground floor with a step-free entrance. Our guest rooms, however, are on the first and second floors and are reached by stairs. There is no elevator.

What we can do:

• Help with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Assign a ground-floor space (the conference area) for any meeting or work session if stairs would be difficult.
• Talk through your specific needs in advance so we can be honest about whether we are the right fit for the trip — and recommend a step-free property nearby if not.
